The day past by and I realised, the day isn't special for all the fun and celebration but it is special as i was born to make people I love a part of that joy. Okay now coming onto the talk of fashion, style and photo-shoot snaps, well I din't need a haute outfit but a well trimmed up for the day casual comfy and a little feminist kind.
Here's how
My Birthday outfit looked like. I love pastels and wanted to keep them in, so i styled up with pastel colour theme and Lavender to add a preppy look with a classy edge to bring out the statement. I selected the outfit as per the season, the beginning of
summer and blend of
spring. For your photo shoot always choose natural shades and blend in some popping shade. I chose the
prop colours to work well with outfit in contrast like the yellow and red balloons.
Another secret love Balloons, what's a birthday without balloons I fancy those since kindergarten! I know I am a little big now for those being between 20's calls for a more classy or sexy look, but that's me now.
Happy Birthday to me!!! with Cupcakes. Balloons are great for a photoshoot and the way you can use them as your props and take many shots in different poses that will work out well for photos.
I kept it simple and comfy by throwing on a
spaghetti chiffon top in beige (WoolWorths) and layered up a
beige long open shrug in sleeveless (Edgars) with the lace details on the yoke and hemline looked adorable. The soft tint in
lavender jeans brought the birthday feel alive. Pearls complete my look in a white pink shade and had soft bold make-up with natural eyes and bush and bold red lips. Easy
DIY birthday shoot trick is to play around with your
balloons, glitter and cupcakes to make a great theme shoot ambience.
That's the look from my
Birthday outfit, style up as per your inner nature and likes, but remember what you like does not always look good on you. So for a birthday outfit selection make sure you know the rules of fashion styling to get it all right. And
photo close ups are great as long as you manage to get the right angle and focus on the whole scene.
That's all from my
7 concepts for birthday photography theme shoot, next year will do something new. Do stay around for more style trends and tell me what you thought of my very own birthday outfit look in the comments below.
